TRG Store Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.
1. A deposit is a binding commitment between the consumer and TRG to purchase the product. If the consumer decides not to complete the purchase the deposit will be retained by TRG.
2. Special Order items require payment in full at the time of order and we are at the mercy of the suppliers for delivery. When in stock TRG will contact the consumer.
3. TRG will warehouse special order items for a 2-week period, after notification to the customer. Subsequently a storage fee of 10% of the retail price may be charged weekly.

Return Policy
We make every effort to inspect, carefully pack and, unless requested otherwise, bench test your equipment before shipment. It is our expressly stated goal to eliminate " DOA" Apple equipment  as completely as possible, although this in no way represents a guarantee on our part.
If after receiving merchandise from us, you have a problem with the product, proceed in the following manner:
1. Call or email your sales representative and explain the situation. We will do everything in our power to work with you to rectify the problem or help you interface with the manufacturer.
2. If there is a need to return a product to us, one of our technicians who are authorized to issue you an RMA number for its return will do so. You will be asked to sign a faxed copy of a document indicating that you understand our return and packaging policies.
Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted for store credit.
3. All purchases (except Software and Special Order Items) may be returned for a refund, within 14 days (see exceptions below), with proof of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. However, computers, peripherals, software, and supplies that have been opened, cannot be returned unless they are deemed to be defective by TRG. Please note all  “as is and “one only” items are final sale ONLY! No returns accepted.
4. Any returned product must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase, with all manuals, cables, etc., in as new condition, or full credit will not be issued. TRG Computer Solutions may charge a restocking fee (up to 30%), to cover repackaging or replacement costs only when absolutely necessary.

5. In case of exchange or repair, customers are responsible for all shipping charges of the merchandise.
6. Returned items must be in re-sellable condition (unopened). No exceptions.
All returns must have prior authorization and must have a proper RMA number issued by an authorized TRG Computer Solutions representative clearly written on the outside of a double-boxed packing carton. Items that are not clearly and properly marked will be refused at our receiving door. Under no circumstances may product be returned to TRG Computer Solutions more than 14 days past the date of the issued RMA.

7. Understand and read the manufacturer's literature before opening any software! Defective software will be replaced with the same title only and must be returned complete. TRG Computer Solutions will pay return freight to the customer for any defective or replaced product. Customer pays freight for all returns to TRG Computer Solutions, unless TRG Computer Solutions is at fault for miss packaging, etc.

 

Items not returnable include Apple-branded merchandise; software and Personal items (such as Headphones and Microphones) that have been opened. For Internet orders, products may also be returned in person. Refunds will be processed less shipping costs already incurred. If the delivered order is missing products or contains incorrect products, contact us immediately to remedy the problem.

TRG Computer Solutions will use its discretion in determining the validity of return claims for other purchases. TRG Computer Solutions reserves the right to place reasonable conditions on returned product. Outdated materials cannot be returned. Due to regulations within the software industry as well as federal law, opened software may not be returned for a refund. This includes hardware products that come with software bundles.
The function of your product is governed by the warranty issued by each manufacturer. TRG Computer Solutions cannot assume any responsibility for products manufactured by other companies. All warranties expressed or implied are the individual manufacturer's responsibility and are ultimately decided by them.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to anywhere in North America. All items are packed with great care and shipped via Canada Parcel Post service unless your instructed otherwise. Most orders are received within eight (8) business days anywhere in North America. Rush orders are available by XpressPost or Purolator at extra cost.

All shipping charges, import taxes, fees and other VAT fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. TRG Computer Solutions will not, under any circumstance, accept responsibility for any fees assessed by shipping carriers or other agencies in the delivery of your order.

Customers are responsible for submitting orders with the correct address. If an order is lost or returned due to incorrect address, the order may be re-delivered at customer's cost or, if order is returned, refunded less shipping charges already incurred.

Insurance Policy

Shipments by Express (Xpress Post) and Courier (Priority Courier) – includes Insurance for loss up to $100.00. Standard (Mail) shipment packages do not have traceable Bar Coding and therefore do not include insurance and can be a risk of loss without compensation.

Privacy Policy

Non-Disclosure of Personal and Private Information: All information received from you about you is kept in the strictest confidence and used solely by TRG Computer Solutions. Your email address and any personal information you have provided online through our Customer Lists or Order process will not be used for any purpose other than our need to communicate with you. Any and all, personal information collected from you is protected via secure socket layer connection (SSL) when you shop online and password protected on our servers. No information about you is/will be given out to anyone for any purpose without your approval and will not be disclosed to any third party.
